Bhakti Retreat: 25 April – 23 May, 2009 - 2009-04-04
 Looking
for an opportunity to enhance your spiritual life? Eager for a retreat in a
remote and calmer environment? This one-month introductory course provides you
with the basic knowledge and skills you need to connect more deeply with Sri
Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, through bhakti, or loving
devotional service.
By
studying spiritual classics such as Bhagavad-gita, learning how to set up an
altar, cooking for and offering food to the Lord, singing devotional songs, and
strengthening your japa meditation, your personal devotional life will no doubt
be enlivened. And Radhadesh - with its castle and modern guesthouse set among
the flowing and serene hills of the Belgian Ardennes - is the ideal place to
experience these key features of bhakti-yoga.
   Allow
yourself the time to retreat into more reflective rhythms and join other
devotees in their learning, creativity, and other expressions of devotion to
Sri Sri Radha-Krishna. Such activities are recommended by saintly teachers like
Sri Srimad A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. After completing this bhakti
retreat, you will be better prepared to further advance in your regular
